For schools

Bring us to your school.

Assemblies, health classes, business classes, and student conferences. Students hear it differently from people their own age.

Story and substance

The paired version — lived experience alongside what the research says. Our strongest format for a full assembly.

50–60 min

Mental Note is peer-led. We're students, not clinicians, and we don't provide counseling or crisis services. Every talk points students toward 988 and Crisis Text Line, and we'll coordinate with your counseling staff before we speak.
